Dinan, 2 September
Summer is back awoke to blue skies. Did a supermarket shop then headed to Dinan.
this is a mill that ran on tidal power
me heading for a picnic spot
A nice view for lunch
Stopped at an estuary for lunch then settled in Dinan for the rest of the day.
We parked below the viaduct and walked up into the old town. For one of the most visited towns it was quite empty, good for us not so many people and all wearing masks as compulsory within the city walls.
we are parked on the other side of the viaduct
early glass windows
happy man tea and cake
you have to wonder why they haven't fallen down by now
view from the town to the port
the old castle
looking regal...
the walk back down to reggie at the river port
what a nice old sign
not sure who this is will be a saint having a bad day
