We started the day with the sat nav trying to send us over a narrow pedestrian bridge.... fortunately we had walked near it the night before and realised the mistake before we got to the point of having to back up the hill.
We spnt a chunk of the day at the garage getting a radiator hose fixed, it was the 4th place we have tried since we got to France the other kept saying they couldn't do it. This mechanic spoke some english and did the job. took two hours with interruptions and was not cheap.
Then we headed to our stop for tonight after visiting a beach that wet for miles before your reachd water line. There were three tractors on the san and a bull dozer and they were collecting what looked like sea lettuce. I've just some research and apparently it can cover a whole beach and when it rots the fumes are toxic and people and animals have died from it. It is a real problem in Jersey as well. This is the first time we have seen it.
Our camp today is behind a park next to a river fish aquarium.
