Sillon de Talbert, Treguier, 7th September

After two nights and three showers ( it was so good ) we headed away. We drove to Paimpol and looked around the town then headed to a garage and had the fuses changed in the inverter ( it needed all 4 changing) it stopped yesterday and it hadn't been sounding the alarm when the power got low.

We then went to Europe's longest sea spit, I expected sand but a lot of it was rock and hard to walk on in sandals so I gave up and left P to carry on.  I went back to the stall at the beach and had a crepe citron which was lovely.

lots of different colour of pebble

Then down the island to Treguier which is another town with 15th Century timbered houses. They had photos in the windows of what the interior was like when they had found original staircase roof beams and wall patterns etc which were really interesting as we see the outside a lot and no idea that's inside.

are the trees art as well as the red thing?

typical mid town street  no one about

a few more french fancy cakes and P will look like the one on the left, he had two today

the closest I got to a puffin, wrong time of year for Brittany

you can see the wood strips and cow poo with dirt that they made the house from in the 15th C

we got a good park in the local aire ( provided by the council ) on the banks of the river Juedy.
