Trollhattan 28 July

Well it was finally time to leave the beach it had been a lovely place to stay and swim and laze about.

We decided against Gothenburg as there were lots of reports of motorhome break ins at the camps there.

So instead we headed inland and it was so different to Denmark. There are masses of massive rocks, hills , lakes and lots of trees. It just confirmed how flat Denmark is.

We stopped at a ruined castle and checked out the great view they must have had although three castles/ Schoss had been built there and all burnt down.

We had lunch by a lake then headed to Trollhattan, the first camp we tried was full so we moved on.

This one had space and is great it is  very disorderly due to the huge rocks every where, basically you find a site but within the trees and not on the rocks and move in.

Had a very long walk to the hydrodam that we will visit tomorrow , apparently at 3pm they let the water go and 300000 ft of water flow per second, quite a sight apparently, so photos tomorrow.
