10 July paragliding Jegindo Haven
Sunshine and so quiet a nice way to start the day. We headed off , my choice this time not bunkers and tanks but a light house .
As we got close we could see paragliders.
We managed to get a park at the foot of the light house and there were 30 or more paragliders using the wind up the cliff to sail back and forth. They did swoops and turns and were having a great time.
I got P to take some photos with me in them and the paraglider was moving back and forward to get in the shot and when I put my arms out to fly so did he.
It was amazing lots of colour. Quite eerie when they flew right over head as you got a shadow flying over like a giant bird of prey then the person right there but no sound They got really close at times it seemed like you could touch them or they could knock you off the cliff..
The beach was reached down a rope and then you pulled yourself back up, didn't fancy that much.
The light house had people abseiling down from the top.
And we were to the top and checked out the view A very flat country..
A fun place for lunch.
We then headed to the island of Jegindo where we have a position in a line of 5 motorhomes on the fjord.
Very quiet and so pretty.
